Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We have adopted the below-mentioned Return Policy and by proceeding with an order, you agree to accept our Return and Payment Policy.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.


You have the right to return your order to us, New Planet Technologies if you have:

  • Received the wrong product.
  • Received a damaged product.
  • Order received not in the requisite time.


If you got a merchandise that is different from the description of the relevant merchandise, such as:
  • Number of item/s
  • Size of product
  • Color of the order received
then you reserve the right to request an exchange. To return items for an exchange, send us your order invoice along with your reason behind returning/exchanging the product to our email address Furthermore, indicate the desired full Item Name, Item Number, Size, and Color of the item you would like to exchange it for.


You are eligible to return a package you received if you qualify the below-mentioned list:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition as at the time of receiving.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all the tags attached.
  • Your item needs to accompany the receipt or proof of purchase.



If the following discrepancies are found within your to-be returned/exchanged order, you are ineligible to return the item

  • Products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you had received them.
  • Products with tampered or missing original tags.
  • Exceeding the time period of return.

Refund Scheme

Once we receive your returned/exchanged item, the following protocol will be observed

  • We will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Refund Time Scale

Any product tends to be refunded/exchanged; it must reach us back within 05 working days of receipt of shipment. Unless you receive damaged goods from our side in any way possible in such conditions buyer can return that product within 14 working days, it will be checked by our QA/QC team to check and verify your refund request. Furthermore, if you have canceled your order before shipping, an automated refund will be provided back to you.

Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 30 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Shipping Cost for Returns

You are responsible for the returned/exchanged order’s shipping costs. Merchandise must be returned in its original individual packaging and unused. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
